At LumiGift Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item is received
  • The package is lost in transit
  • The item has a significant defect

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
  • Minor differences in color or packaging
  • Buyer’s change of mind after shipment

Return Policy
